Seminar Series – Puppies 101

Join us for an in-depth series of seminars on canine behaviour. The seminars are taught by local, reward-based trainers Cindy Peacock, KPA-CDT, CPDT-KA and/or Jennifer McQueen Fraser, KPA-CDT, CPDT-KA.

Puppies 101
Puppies develop and solidify their impression of the world in their first 20 weeks of life – the “critical socialization window”. What they experience in this period determines how adaptable, calm and confident they’ll be as adults. This means a puppy owner has an incredible responsibility for the long-term well being of the dog. Learn how to encourage appropriate behaviour and set boundaries. Learn the most important skills a dog needs, such as bite inhibition, recall, house training, appropriate dog-dog skills and more.

Ideal for anyone who is getting a puppy, has a puppy or fosters puppies!

When: January 19, 2016 • 7:15pm
Where: FarFetched Playcare & Grooming

Tickets to this seminar are only $15 and all proceeds go directly to ARF!
Thank you to Cindy, Jennifer and FarFetched for donating their time and space to our organization.
