Meet Athena – a very gentle soul with a tough start in life who is ready to settle down and find her perfect loving forever home!
Athena is very easy going with other pups and has never had any issues when she met other dogs in our home or at the dog park. She loves to run – wildly! She really shows her energetic and athletic side outside and has told us that she would love to be taken on lots of hikes and outdoor adventures with her future family. 🙂
In the house, she is calm and settled and a great companion to her furry foster sister. She is wonderful and sweet with kids. We do not have cats but cannot imagine there being issues.
She loves some good snackies and is always up for a treat😊 She walks well on her leash and her recall is making good progress. She has mastered basic commands such as sit and down, Athena is also working hard on extending her skills. Athena is crate-trained and is used to staying alone for several hours during the day. She has quickly learned how to ride in the car and is now a pro!
She cannot wait to meet her forever pawrents. ❤
