Hi! My name is Nemo and my foster mom says I’m just the sweetest and cuddliest of pups!

I am mostly house trained – I have started sitting by the door when I need to go outside! I’m working on crate training at the moment and while it’s a little hard and frustrating for me now, I know it’s a great skill that will help me be the perfect addition to your home!

I know the training basics and am super smart and working on new training every day. I sit for treats and learn new training every day! I am very food motivated and will work for my meals! I love enrichment games like eating my meals out of different items (snuffle mats, kibble wobblers, egg cartons, slow feeders, etc.). We are currently working on my recall in the yard and it’s going great. I’m also working at this game called “touch” where I boop my nose at your hand when I come to you and get a treat. I can’t wait to continue my training with you!

I currently live with a big older sister doggy and we like to play tug of war with rope toys and chase one another. I’ve also met a few other dogs and while I can be cautious at first, I usually end up making new friends! I’ve met a few small children at PetSmart and they seemed fun too! I wasn’t shy about giving licks and I’m very gentle.

I might take a little time adjusting to my new home, but once I’m comfortable in my new environment my big personality really comes out! You’ll see how goofy I am and how much I love squeaky toys and bones to chew on.
