Ross lives by the motto “Work hard, play hard!” He’s an intelligent, food-motivated puppy who loves to learn and spend time with his people. Whether it’s exploring outside, watching TV, training, playing, or cuddling, Ross is always happy to be by your side.
He’s making great progress with potty and leash training and has even learned to sit patiently at the door when he’s ready to come inside. While he can be a little unsure of new people and places at first, he warms up quickly.
Don’t mistake his good manners for a mellow demeanor though, Ross is full of personality! He loves tug-of-war, fetch, and chewing on tough toys. Some of his cutest quirks include: pouncing on his toys before playing with them, rolling over with bones in his mouth, tumbling all over his humans’ laps, and stretching so big that he belly flops. A home with Ross is a home full of laughter and play!
At night or during the day, Ross does well in his crate as long as he knows his people are nearby. He takes a few minutes to settle but then sleeps quietly through the entire night. His foster family has been helping him build confidence in being alone, and he’s made amazing progress!
After dinner, Ross loves nothing more than being wrapped up in blankets and snuggling in for some cozy cuddle time.
